MISSION / PURPOSE: The Kinsale Foundation advances the educational pursuits of local citizens, cultivating their capacity to drive positive change and enrich community vitality.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARD DETAILS - 2 SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE:
- Vocational (certification or trade school): $1,000 towards tuition
- Post-Secondary: $1,000 towards tuition
- Enrolled in full or part-time programs
- Paid directly to the institution

Who is eligible for the scholarship?
- Westmoreland County residents only
- Adults and graduating high school seniors
- Individuals who have accepted enrollment in higher education or vocational (trade school or certification) programs
